These are the terms and conditions for the The Punch List Daily text-message (SMS/MMS) program operated by LOP Solutions, LLC, 5036 Dr. Phillips Blvd., Suite 203, Orlando, FL 32819. They are incorporated into our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
When you opt in to the The Punch List Daily text-message program you will receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from LOP Solutions, LLC, including trade news alerts, poll results, and occasional offers from sponsors relevant to the trades.
You opt in by (a) entering your mobile number on a The Punch List Daily signup form and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages, or (b) texting a The Punch List Daily keyword to our number. Opting in is your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing texts at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving the The Punch List Daily email newsletter.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier may charge for each text you send or receive according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Reply STOP to any The Punch List Daily text message to cancel. After you send STOP we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing foreman@thepunchlistdaily.com. Opt-out requests are processed immediately for texts and within 10 business days at most.

Messages are sent through participating U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network availability.
Your mobile phone number and opt-in information are used only to operate this program and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the messaging platforms and carrier aggregators that deliver our messages.
You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or cancel your mobile number, you agree to text STOP or notify us so we can remove the number.
We may change these terms or the program at any time. The current version will always be posted at this URL. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
